
J Curve Coaching
Giving you that nudge and mirror to get you started and get you there (where ever there might be for you) using the J Curve Model of Performance and the 5F Change Framework.
We’re not all that. We don’t have a tonne of things that we’re going to bombard you with. We have one service at the moment and that is coaching. As you would expect we have a specific style of coaching based on the J Curve Model of Performance and the 5F Change Framework.
Free starter session then we’ll see where it goes from there.
Coaching is a very unusual service to offer as for many the perception is the coach is your friend and that they will be supportive in you finding your path. If the path wasn’t found then spend more time looking for the path. This form of coaching is all well and good and we do take a little time in setting basecamp but with the J Curve Model we will look to move you on quickly. The reason for this is two fold. 1) Time is fixed – the sooner we try things the sooner we will know where improvement lies, 2) Time is expensive – the sooner you see improvements the sooner you will be able to take on your own change, not need us, and save you money (we want to get out of your way as soon as possible and then check in to see you are ok).
10 sessions and 3 months is normally enough
The J curve Model can be learnt quickly but is hard to stick to due to the nature of those pesky short-term inelastic behaviours and thoughts. We recommend 10 sessions to get you to stage 3 where you will have worked through the inelastic and start to see the elastic improvements. This normally takes about three months to complete but it depends on the individual.
